Mentoring Agreement


We are voluntarily entering into a mentoring relationship from which we both expect to benefit. My intention is to make this time a rewarding experience in knowledge, application and education with most of our time together spent in professional development activities. At different times, there may be an invited guest to speak on a specific topic of interest to the group. To this end, we mutually agree upon the terms and conditions of our relationship as outlined in this agreement.



Any sensitive issues that we discuss will be held in confidence. You are allowed to record the session but not share it with anyone except someone else in the mentoring group (that will include up to 10 people maximum).


Frequency of Meetings

We will meet on the first Wednesday of each month from 8:00 -9:30 PM EST / 5:00 – 6:30 PM PST via Go To Meeting. You will be sent a link each month to join the meeting. If you cannot attend a scheduled meeting, you will do your best to notify in advance. A recording of the meeting will be sent to you after the session for your review. If more than the maximum number of people apply for this meeting time, an additional evening(s) will be added to accommodate. 


Cost / Duration

Each session will cost $150.00 (US) or $175.00 (Canadian) and you will be billed each month via credit card. You are asked to commit a minimum of 6 months for continuity of all participants. However, unforeseen circumstances do arise and will be discussed on a one-on-one basis.


Number of participants

There is a maximum of 10 people in this mentor opportunity. The first 10 signed agreements that are received and accepted will be in the group.



There will be 2-hour webinar every 6 months that is included with a 6-month commitment (a $250 value)
